
StataCorp is seeking a motivated individual to join our Marketing team. In this role, you are responsible for organizing department activities and performing daily administrative tasks.
Job duties
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Marketing team Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and booking conference rooms Check in regularly with department staff to identify daily needs and provide assistance Coordinate team lunches, meetings, and department events Order food, beverages, and supplies for meetings and office use Set up meeting rooms, including preparing materials, refreshments, and technology Assist VPs and managers with basic requests such as getting drinks, copying materials, or running small errands Help maintain an organized and welcoming department environment Track schedules and help ensure meetings start and end on time Communicate updates, reminders, and logistical details to team members Assist with onboarding logistics for new Marketing team members Handle incoming requests and route them to the appropriate person Support light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization Coordinate with office management or vendors as needed Candidate requirements
