About Mammoth Brands Mammoth Brands (formerly Harry’s Inc.) is the modern CPG company behind brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. We’re building a new model—and home—brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives, and ultimately challenge the status quo. Our mission is to “Create Things People Like More.” Everything we do should be better than what already exists. If it’s not, we don’t do it. This guides everything we do, from developing the best product experiences, to making Mammoth Brands a great place to work, to exploring innovative ways to give back to our community.

We started in 2013 when our co-founders created Harry’s. They built the brand differently—online first, prioritizing direct relationships with customers—and created a playbook and platform to help other brands grow. Today, Mammoth Brands is a growing portfolio of brands and the largest CPG company built in the last 20 years. We maintain a small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture and are committed to making a positive impact, including donating over $20 million through our nonprofit partners to date.

About the team The Growth Marketing team at Lume & Mando is a fast-moving, data-driven group that owns the development and execution of paid media strategy across our key marketing channels. The team collaborates with creative, finance, planning, and others to drive new customer acquisition and stay on the cutting edge of digital strategy, consumer trends, and business needs.

About the role We are looking for a highly analytical, high-ownership Growth Marketing Associate to join our team and scale Mammoth Brands and Lume/Mando. This is a high impact role with real decision making power. You will manage meaningful budgets across core digital channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and more, and you will see the immediate revenue impact of your work.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, think deeply, and take responsibility. We care more about how you think than where you have worked. Whether your background is in performance marketing, consulting, finance, analytics, or another quantitative field, what matters is your ability to dig into data, find the “why,” and turn insight into action. You will work closely with senior growth leaders, gain exposure to how a scaled consumer business drives growth, and quickly grow into broader strategic ownership.

What you will accomplish

Own Strategy and Budgets:

You will own the day to day strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. This includes setting channel strategy, allocating budgets, launching campaigns, and making real time decisions that directly affect company growth.

Optimize Performance in Real Time:

You will monitor performance daily, diagnose what is working and what is not, and proactively adjust strategy to improve efficiency and scale. You will be trusted to make calls based on data, not just follow a playbook.

Shape Creative Direction:

You will partner closely with our creative team and use performance data to influence what we make next. You will turn insights into clear creative briefs for new videos, images, and copy and see those ideas tested quickly.

Testing & Experimentation:

Design and run rigorous A/B tests—from landing pages to bidding strategies—to uncover new growth opportunities.

Translate Data Into Insight:

You will build clear, actionable reporting that helps leadership understand what is driving growth, where we are winning, and where we need to pivot. Your analysis will directly inform strategic decisions.

This should describe you

Analytical & Data-Driven:

You are comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets. You don’t just report numbers, you understand what they mean and how to use them to make better decisions.

Proactive Problem Solver:

You don’t wait for a playbook. When a campaign isn’t performing, you enjoy the detective work required to find a solution.

High Ownership:

You take pride in your work. You are a self-starter who moves fast and hits deadlines without needing to be micro-managed.

Clear Communicator:

You can explain complex ideas simply and collaborate across teams like Creative, Product, or Finance.

Flexible & Adaptable:

You can pivot in the face of the unexpected, aren’t overly attached to preconceived notions, and can navigate ambiguity gracefully.

Qualifications

Experience:

1–3 years in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment (e.g., Management Consulting, Finance, or Performance Marketing).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (Economics, Finance, Science, Engineering, Math, etc.).

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.

Mindset:

A strong desire to learn growth marketing with a teamwork-driven, scrappy approach.

While training is available for the right candidate, familiarity with the following tools and concepts is a plus:

Paid Media Platforms:

Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager, including navigation and best practices.

Analytics Tools:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker, or similar data platforms.

Marketing Math:

Core metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPM, CTR.
