We\'re seeking an experienced Social Copywriter to support an ongoing B2B social campaign. This is an immediate-need freelance role, averaging 20-25 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and long-term potential. The ideal candidate will be based on the West Coast to align with the team\'s time zone and workflow.
Responsibilities
Write engaging, on-brand B2B social copy for platforms such as Facebook Meta and LinkedIn.
Interpret creative briefs and deliver clear, compelling copy under tight deadlines.
Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to produce cohesive social campaigns.
Craft captions, headlines, and short-form storytelling with a tone that\'s approachable, clever, and conversational—never overly corporate.
Support occasional animated or video content, including developing storylines or copy for motion graphics and short video clips.
Maintain brand consistency and adhere to established voice and messaging guidelines.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience writing social media copy for B2B or tech/consumer brands.
Strong understanding of social media tone, trends, and engagement tactics on Facebook and LinkedIn.
Experience with video scripts or motion content a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
West Coast-based candidates strongly preferred for timezone alignment.
Compensation
