Citadel Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Manager to lead business development efforts within our Select Employee Group (SEG) and Community channels. What You’ll Do
Drive SEG Growth: Identify and onboard new SEG partners through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Build Relationships: Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned SEGs, ensuring trust and long-term engagement.
Deliver Value: Provide tailored financial education, product solutions, and support to SEG employees.
Engage in the Field: Conduct regular site visits, host events, and represent Citadel at community functions.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, lending, and other departments to deliver seamless member experiences.
Track Success: Use CRM tools to monitor SEG engagement, membership growth, and campaign effectiveness.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in business development, sales, or relationship management
Strong understanding of credit unions and SEG dynamics
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a passion for community impact
Integrity, accountability, and resilience under pressure

Community events can occur in a variety of locations including indoors, outside, or at local employers who partner with Citadel. There is infrequent travel, unless otherwise noted.
