Krause Group is seeking a Communications Manager to support the execution of internal and external communications across the organization during a period of continued growth. This role focuses on developing high-quality written content, coordinating communications initiatives, and ensuring messages are delivered clearly and consistently in alignment with established brand and business priorities. The Communications Manager will work closely with the Head of Brand and internal partners to support day-to-day communications needs, content development, and project execution. Responsibilities
External Communications
Support the development and execution of PR campaigns and communications initiatives that advance company, business, and brand goals. Support the Brand team across multiple platforms and channels, including audience and community management. Help execute corporate positioning initiatives and special projects that enhance the Krause Group brand. Assist in securing positive brand and PR coverage from local and national media outlets related to events, acquisitions, new hires, and other milestones. Research and respond to media requests for information and coordinate appropriate responses as needed. Serve as an “always on” internal spokesperson for Krause Group. Draft press releases, announcements, and other external communications materials for review and approval. Support media outreach efforts by maintaining media lists, tracking coverage, and coordinating responses to inquiries under direction. Coordinate external communications related to events and initiatives as assigned. Events & Internal Communications
Write clear, compelling communications aligned with the company vision and business priorities. Support the planning and execution of internal and external events. Partner cross-functionally to support the successful rollout of events, promotions, and related logistics. Draft leadership communications such as presentations, talking points, speeches, and other internal and external-facing materials. Promote Krause Group’s mission, core values, and brand messaging across the organization. Other Responsibilities
Respond to the needs and requests of Krause Group management and staff in a professional and timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Knowledge And Experience
4–8 years of experience executing communications, drafting content, and coordinating projects Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred Skills
Proven ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, outside resources, and evolving deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills PR experience including media pitching, press release writing, crisis communications support, and serving as a company spokesperson under direction Internal communications and event support experience, including drafting materials and coordinating logistics Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and adaptable Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and support implementation and follow-up Demonstrated initiative and willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity, may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
