Important Note:
Statewide travel up to 30% of the time is required in the performance of the work for this position. Travel may include some evenings and weekend days. Approximately 25% travel will be required in the performance of the work Travel expenses are reimbursed using the state’s protocol for submitting expenses after travel. The contractor will, at the direction of management, either ride with an employee driving a state vehicle or drive their personal vehicle and be reimbursed mileage after travel. Per diem is paid directly to the contractor and most hotel expenses are direct billed through the state. Job Description: Experience in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners Experience working with training developers, program subject matter experts, technical support and others to assure training materials are effective. Experience in Learning Management System (LMS) technology such as Moodle, XML, HTML Experience in software that may include Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Photoshop, Adobe , Visio or other training applications.
