Sales Analyst

in the Role as Sample Coordinator in the Seating division is responsible for planning, coordinating, and economically managing all sample-related processes for seat systems and components. The position acts as the central interface between Sales, Engineering, Production, Costing, and the customer. The goal is to ensure timely, cost-optimized, and quality-compliant delivery of samples according to customer requirements. Your main responsibilities will include: Calculation of sample prices based on BOMs and cost inputs from Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Logistics Coordination of delivery dates and capacity checks with global production plants Preparation, execution, and follow-up of offer negotiations with the customer Internal ordering and tracking of sample production in the plants Review, approval, and monitoring of sample invoicing Preparation of cost-versus-price overviews and profit/loss analyses for sample orders We expect from you: Strong understanding of BOMs Knowledge of automotive seating components (metal structure, mechanisms, foam, trim, etc.) Experience in cost calculation, cost analysis, and price buildup Improved MS Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Coupa, SAP) Basic knowledge of OEM customer processes and online portals (e.g., Mercedes-Benz) and understanding of production processes within the automotive supply industry is big plus 5 weeks of vacation Bonuses for life and work anniversaries Commuting allowance Contribution of employer for pension insurance Discounted T-Mobile tariffs for you and family members
