**Your Title:** Field Sales Representative - Federal Civilian Government**Job Location:** Remote**Sales and Industry Expertise:** Proven experience in government sales and/or selling geospatial solutions. Understanding of the government acquisition lifecycle and potential/preferred contract vehicles. Knowledge of data collection hardware, including optical total stations, GPS/GNSS, and LIDAR scanners and/or knowledge of GIS.* Experience selling cloud, SaaS, or software solutions and familiarity with FedRAMP is preferred.* Experience selling to Native American Indian Tribes is a plus**Relationship Building and Communication:** Ability to build rapport with prospects and clients. Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.**Organizational and Management Skills:** Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and CRM systems.**Collaboration and Teamwork:** Ability to work collaboratively across an organizational structure, including finance, legal, marketing, and product teams, to deliver targeted results.**Personal Attributes:** High-energy, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset. Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
