
Country Sales Manager (f/m/d) Life Tech - DACH
As theCountry Sales Manager Life Tech,you will be responsible for the strategic development and direction of the Life Tech Global Business Unit. You will have primary responsibility for defining and implementing a country market and sales plan and targets, within boundaries of Life Tech strategy. You will report to the General Manager DACH and you will have a reporting line to the Regional Sales Manager Life Tech Europe.
Day to day:
As an active member of the management team, you partner with colleagues and contribute to the successful creation and execution of the strategy and business plan
Develop the vision, mission, and strategy for the sales team
Define and implement a country market and sales plan and targets, within boundaries of GBU strategy, market and vendor/partner agreements, to give systematic direction to and control over sales and relationship activities for this CORE segment of the Life Tech business
Develop New Business Development (NBD) plan in conjunction with LIFE TECH and relevant local opportunities to support the country and GBU growth ambitions
Support the transformational growth ambition of Life Tech in Direct & E-Mobility
Ensure systematic identification of local market trends, portfolio developments and sales opportunities, in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, to assure sales and program alignment with local market demands
Develop local vendor/partner opportunities and ensure establishment, implementation and management of program agreements with local vendor/partners, in line with GBU policies
Manage and monitor the performance of the local sales organization, in order to achieve country sales targets on P&L like: New Business Volume (NBV), portfolio, margin ,risk costs with also a specific and enhanced focus on Non-Interest Income development as a key driver for profitability
Ensure implementation of programs and the execution of applications of programs locally, in line with program agreements, to optimize penetration, P&L program and customer plus vendor/partner satisfaction in the country
Ensure proper management of the business relationship with local vendor/partners and dealers, implementing a concise and targeted segmentation plan in order to manage in the most productive manner our cherish, grow, keep and maintain partners in order to effectively increase NBV & income from transactions in the short and long term
