Proactively seek out new business opportunities and conduct engaging client presentations

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of SAAS sales experience

HCM experience required

Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with various personalities and business roles

Creative and independent thinker with a strong motivation for sales

Desire to continually grow and apply new skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a team-oriented sales environment

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Familiarity with HR technology trends and solutions

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing client needs
