What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Design, implement, and manage comprehensive enablement programs for onboarding and ongoing training

Evaluate and optimize enablement tools and platforms to enhance efficiency

Create and maintain sales content, including playbooks and training modules

Analyze performance metrics to identify training needs and skill gaps

Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure training materials reflect current processes and product positioning

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement or related field within a SaaS or B2B technology environment

Strong understanding of enablement technologies and tools

Experience in designing and delivering training programs based on adult learning principles

Proven ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and departments

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field

Strong analytical mindset and comfort with sales metrics and performance data

Experience with conversation intelligence and sales readiness platforms
