Drive global and region-specific enablement initiatives for sales teams Own and nurture relationships with geographical leaders to ensure alignment Lead and facilitate virtual product education and coaching for AMER sales teams Identify and standardize common training content for effective learning Act as an ambassador for the employer's sales methodology, promoting training content awareness What is Required (Qualifications)
5-7 years of experience in sales enablement with a background in TechTechnology Software or SaaS Proven experience in building and deploying enablement programs for large technology sales teams Strong project management and organizational skills effective interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills Experience training remote groups and familiarity with sales enablement tools How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
