Drive global and region‑specific enablement initiatives for the sales teams
Cultivate relationships with geographical leaders to ensure alignment of efforts

Identify and standardize common training content to enhance learning experiences
Act as an ambassador for the employer's sales methodology, promoting training content awareness
What is Required (Qualifications)
5‑7 years of experience in enablement with a sales background in Tech/Technology Software or SaaS
Proven experience in building and deploying new enablement programs for large technology sales teams
Strong project management and organizational skills
Highly effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies, with the ability to transfer knowledge effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience training remote groups
Creative and innovative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement in virtual learning delivery
Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain strong working relationships across diverse cultures and stakeholders
