What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive global and region-specific enablement initiatives for the sales team
Build and nurture relationships with geographical leaders to ensure alignment
Provide regular feedback to Global Sales Enablement Teams to inform strategies and programs
Lead virtual product education and coaching sessions for the AMER sales audience
Identify and standardize training content for consistency across teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
5-7 years of experience in enablement with a sales background in Tech/Technology Software or SaaS
Proven experience in building and deploying new enablement programs and processes
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience in training remote groups effectively
Highly effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies
Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in learning delivery
Ability to build rapport across diverse cultures and stakeholders
