What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive global and region-specific enablement initiatives for sales teams

Own and nurture relationships with geographical leaders to ensure alignment

Lead and facilitate virtual product education and coaching for the AMER sales audience

Identify and standardize common training content to enhance learning effectiveness

Act as an ambassador for the employer's sales methodology, promoting training content usage among sales teams

What is Required (Qualifications)

5-7 years of experience in sales enablement with a background in Tech/Technology Software or SaaS

Proven experience in building and deploying new enablement programs for large technology sales teams

Strong project management and organizational skills

Effective interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills

Experience in training remote groups and familiarity with sales enablement tools

Demonstrable ability to transfer knowledge to internal customers, including sales leadership and support

Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in virtual learning delivery

Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain strong working relationships across diverse cultures and stakeholders
