What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive global and region‑specific enablement initiatives for sales teams

Build and nurture relationships with geographical leaders to enhance collaboration

Facilitate virtual product education and coaching for the AMER sales audience

Identify and standardize common training content to streamline processes

Act as an ambassador for the employer's sales methodology, promoting training content among sales teams

What is Required (Qualifications):

5‑7 years of experience in enablement with a sales background from technology or SaaS

Proven experience in building and deploying new enablement programs for large sales teams

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to train remote groups effectively and innovate virtual learning delivery
