What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive global and region-specific enablement initiatives for sales teams

Build and maintain relationships with geographical leaders to ensure alignment

Facilitate virtual product education, coaching, and process training for AMER sales audience

Standardize and identify common training content for consistency

Act as an ambassador for the employer's sales methodology, promoting training content among sales leadership and teams

What is Required (Qualifications)

5-7 years of experience in enablement with a sales background in Tech/Technology Software or SaaS

Proven experience in building and deploying new enablement programs for large technology sales teams

Strong project management and organizational skills

Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in training remote groups

Creative and innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement in virtual learning delivery

Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain strong working relationships across diverse cultures and stakeholders
