What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive global and region-specific enablement initiatives for the sales team
Build and nurture relationships with geographical leaders to ensure alignment
Lead virtual product education, coaching, and training for the AMER sales audience
Standardize common training content and provide feedback to inform global strategies
Act as an ambassador for sales methodologies and promote training content awareness
What is Required (Qualifications)
5-7 years of experience in enablement with a sales background in Tech/Technology Software or SaaS
Proven experience in building and deploying new enablement programs for large technology sales teams
Strong project management and organizational skills
Highly effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Experience in training remote groups and familiarity with sales enablement tools
