As an
Account Coordinator , you will assist in the execution of direct marketing fundraising programs from conception to result analysis in a manner that provides maximum client satisfaction, assures estimated profit margins, and leads to renewed business. This is best done by helping to manage the internal production process and maintaining solid client relationships while developing a strong knowledge of account management process and client service skills.

This is a hybrid position located in Peabody, MA
Your Impact
Develop strong knowledge of the account management process and client service skills
Communicate regularly with clients, via writing, video conferencing, phone calls, email
Maintain working relationships with external delivery groups in order to meet client needs
Coordinate with internal teams to guide and manage client projects
Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure that all timelines are met
Assist with the preparation of weekly status updates for the client
Help prepare, update, and monitor project budgets to be sent to clients.
Ensure accuracy of client invoices
Coordinate with internal departments to manage the circulation, edits and approval of creative
Review live imaging proofs and forward to the client if required
Complete program summaries for each appeal for each client
Provide data to the Analytics Team and ensure the timely delivery of reports
Forward samples and maintain sample books for each client
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support the team and client, as necessary
Perform other duties as required
Your Profile
1-2 years in agency, non-profit or client service experience is preferred.
A college degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to analyze data, edit copy, offer creative direction, and problem-solve
Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to interact well with clients and internal department managers
Desire to learn about direct response fundraising and assigned clients’ missions and programs
Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, have good listening skills and a sense of direction.
Strong analytical and math skills preferred.
