Overview
As an
Account Coordinator , you will join our Donor Advancement team to lead the tactical day-to-day activities within our Donor Advancement Program. THD has several clients that recognize mid-level donors as the lifeblood of most nonprofits. This mid-level donor audience typically represents a significant share of revenue relative to the entire donor base. Due to their immediate and long-term value, cultivating this donor relationship and treating them uniquely is critical. Our goal in Donor Advancement is to grow our client’s mid-level program, while building donor loyalty, retaining donors, and sometimes advancing donors to major and planned giving levels. As our portfolio of Donor Advancement clients expand, we have a new opportunity to join our team.
