The Role As a Virtual Phone Sales Representative, you’ll focus 100% on outbound calling to local business owners across assigned cities. This is a results-driven role designed for confident communicators who can sell value over the phone. No field visits. No fluff. Just calls, conversations, and closes. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to local retailers using provided lead lists Introduce DashShop and qualify business owners Present subscription options clearly and professionally Close monthly and annual subscriptions Log activity and outcomes in our CRM Meet weekly and monthly closing targets Qualifications

Compensation $100 commission per monthly subscription sold $350 commission per annual subscription sold Bonuses for volume performance, including: $500 bonus for 5 sign-ups in a month $1,250 bonus for 10 sign-ups $2,500 bonus for 15 sign-ups $4,000 bonus for 25 sign-ups (No cap on commissions) Top performers can earn
$3,000–$6,000+ per month .
