Your Impact

This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional who’s already proven they can close deals and is ready to take full ownership of a territory. You’ll run the entire sales cycle end-to-end, working directly with law enforcement agencies to deliver technology that improves safety, transparency, and outcomes for communities. You won’t be dialing for someone else to close — you own your pipeline, your deals, and your commission. Strong performance is rewarded with meaningful upside and a clear path to growth at Axon.

What You’ll Do

Location:

Boston, MA (Hybrid) This role is based out of our Boston office with in-person collaboration Tuesday - Friday and remote flexibility on Mondays, unless an approved accommodation is in place. Reports to:

Inside Sales Manager

Own the full sales cycle for a defined territory, from prospecting and discovery through close

Manage both outbound prospecting and inbound leads to build and maintain a healthy pipeline

Work directly with law enforcement customers, learning their needs and tailoring solutions

Deliver product demos via phone, web conferencing, and occasional onsite visits

Sell Axon’s integrated ecosystem of hardware, software, and service solutions

Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting in Salesforce

Grow existing accounts while continuously identifying new opportunities

Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to develop industry and product expertise

Travel to client sites, conferences, and roadshows as needed

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

1+ year of full-cycle sales experience with documented closing success

Experience in a quota-carrying, commission-based role

Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn and improve

High energy, competitive drive, and ownership mentality

Strong organization and time-management skills

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay focused on results

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors. Base Pay Range $47,000—$63,000 USD
