Provide legal support within the US Sales Contracting organization on topics including medical device and technology sales, marketing programs, commercial sales agreements, and other commercial contracts. Responsibilities

Provide legal assistance within the US Sales Contracting organization in areas including medical device and technology sales and marketing programs and commercial sales agreements. Assist in reviewing, editing, and negotiating commercial contracts and related documents. Interact with attorneys, pricing and contracting analysts, contract managers, and customers to finalize contract negotiations. Process legal requests in a timely manner in accordance with Medtronic contracting standards and best practices. Collaborate with other legal teams, functional leaders and operating units to support improvement and harmonization of contracting processes and systems. Triage issues presented to the US Sales Contracting organization, meet with internal contracting and business clients, and provide direction and escalation as needed. Partner with other subject‑matter experts across a global, matrixed organization. Conduct research on projects as directed by attorneys or other paralegals. Review and ensure the company’s compliance with regulations. Assist internally in analyzing documents and participate in other assigned projects. Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate with 4+ years of paralegal or legal experience; or, an advanced degree with 2+ years of paralegal or legal experience. Nice to Have

Salary ranges for U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) locations: $82,400.00 – $123,600.00. This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
