Base pay range : $110,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year.

– Plymouth, MN; Ann Arbor, MI; Madison, WI – Hybrid (remote and on‑site).
Position Summary The Contracts Administrator will establish, manage, and continuously improve our contracting function within a rapidly growing medical‑device company. You will build scalable systems and processes for contract intake, review, approval, and tracking. You will partner closely with Legal, Information Systems, Security, Compliance, Procurement, Operations, and Commercial teams to support efficient contracting processes that protect company interests while enabling business growth.
Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and administer various contracts, including customer contracts, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), and customer sales quotations.
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Information Systems, Security, and Commercial teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company objectives.
Maintain a centralized repository of executed contracts with version control and renewal tracking.
Support internal audits and reporting related to contract status, obligations, and risk exposure.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies and applicable regulations (FDA, HIPAA, GDPR).
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency.
Partner with stakeholders to manage third‑party data privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance obligations.
Continuous Improvement
Establish key performance metrics for contracting processes (cycle time, compliance rate, renewal timeliness).
Serve as a subject‑matter expert for contract‑related systems and workflows as the company scales.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or related field.
5+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably within the medical device, life sciences, or healthcare industry.
Exposure to commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and distributor relationships in global markets.
Demonstrated experience setting up or scaling contract management systems and processes in a growing organization.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements (FDA, HIPAA, GDPR).
Experience implementing or managing contract lifecycle management (CLM) software (Salesforce, Ironclad, Conga, Agiloft, ContractWorks).
