Amazon KR team is seeking an agile, dynamic and motivated Account Executive in South Korea who will commit to recruit and expand the sellers pools in Korea.
In this position, the Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and recruiting Korean Sellers of all sizes to accelerate their business growth in India Marketplace (a.k.a www.Amazon.in) by active outbound initiatives. The primary responsibility of this individual will be identifying and building relationships with prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to assist in creating compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Define and capture potential sellers in the beauty industry and develop a clear understanding of the Selling on Amazon product features and functionalities.
Analyze customer purchasing data and make recommendations to Sellers to attain better output.
Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the Sellers. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
Understand and utilize CRM tools to track all pertinent account information.
Meet or exceed goals and operational metrics by managing numerous opportunities strategically and concurrently.
Develop a thorough understanding of the e‑commerce industry and competitive environment, including knowledge of competitive product offerings and international markets.
Basic Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold‑calling companies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
