Salary Range:
$105,000–$130,000 + Bonus + PTO + 401k
Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Director of Food & Beverage
to lead all food and beverage operations within a full-service hotel in Queens, NYC. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development across restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering
Lead, develop, and manage department leaders and team members
Drive revenue growth while controlling labor, food, and beverage costs
Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategy, concepts, and guest experience
Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
Implement and refine service standards, operating procedures, and training programs
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in hotel or large-scale food & beverage operations
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&Ls
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
In-depth knowledge of food & beverage trends, service standards, and regulations
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
