This is a full‑time, hybrid position for a Director, Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Debt Advisory. Based in the Washington DC–Baltimore region, the role includes a blend of in‑office and remote work. Key responsibilities include providing strategic debt advisory services, leading client engagements, sourcing and structuring financing solutions across the capital stack, and building strong client and lender relationships. The Director will also focus on generating new business opportunities and delivering optimal financing outcomes for clients. For highly qualified candidates, there is potential for a partnership track based on experience, performance, and long‑term alignment with the firm’s growth. Qualifications

Proven track record of success in CRE debt advisory or related fields Consulting and Business Development experience to establish and maintain client relationships and identify new growth opportunities Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate finance industry, including capital markets, financial instruments, and experience negotiating complex financial transactions Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, market trends, and client needs Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, real estate, or related field required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or CFA designation preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
