You’ll work directly with senior investors on the full lifecycle of private equity transactions — from sourcing and diligence through execution and portfolio value creation. The role offers

This seat is ideal for candidates who want intellectual rigor, real exposure, and the chance to help shape the next phase of a highly respected platform. Key Responsibilities

Evaluate new investment opportunities across industrial subsectors Build and review detailed financial models (LBO, operating cases, sensitivities) Lead commercial, financial, and operational diligence workstreams Prepare investment committee materials and internal memos Support transaction execution and ongoing portfolio company initiatives Work closely with senior leadership, advisors, and management teams Candidate Profile

1–4 years of experience

in: Investment Banking (M&A)

or Private Equity (Associate level, open to laterals) Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills Demonstrated interest in private equity and industrial businesses Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail Strong ties to Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia
