Director of Sales – Skincare & Cosmetics Location:

Tri-State Area (NY / NJ / CT)

Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead national retail growth for our skincare and cosmetic product lines. This role focuses on expanding key national accounts and managing broker networks across the U.S.

Responsibilities

Drive domestic retail sales growth through national accounts (e.g., Walmart, Meijer, BJ's, etc.)

Manage and expand broker network partnerships nationwide

Acquire and grow new retail accounts

Develop and execute sales strategies and forecasts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report on performance

Qualifications

7-15 years of sales experience

Proven experience selling skincare and/or cosmetic products

Strong national account and broker network experience

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Must reside in the NY / NJ / CT area

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: DOE (Depends on Experience)

Commission

3% on net revenue from new accounts (inactive for 3+ years)

Additional 1% on those accounts for the first 12 months

Bonuses

$25,000 for $2M increase in domestic retail sales (12 months)

$50,000 for $3M increase in domestic retail sales (12 months)

401(k) with 3% company match after one year
