The Finance Director leads all financial operations, planning, and reporting for the U.S. manufacturing site. Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, planning, and forecasting. Oversee cost accounting and P&L performance. Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting. Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls. Manage cash flow and capital investment. Conduct financial modeling for projects and pricing. Lead and develop the finance team. Oversee ERP financial accuracy. Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; CPA/MBA preferred. 8+ years finance experience in manufacturing. Strong expertise in cost accounting. Deep knowledge of GAAP and compliance. Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills. Can use Chinese as work language Seniority level
