Overview
The Finance Director leads all financial operations, planning, and reporting for the U.S. manufacturing site.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
- Oversee cost accounting and P&L performance.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
- Manage cash flow and capital investment.
- Conduct financial modeling for projects and pricing.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
- Oversee ERP financial accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; CPA/MBA preferred.
- 8+ years finance experience in manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in cost accounting.
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and compliance.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
- Can use Chinese as work language
