Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth.
Manage the recruitment process from candidate qualification to placement.
Cultivate and manage candidate relationships – we’re all about the long game!
Bring on new accounts and manage client relationships in a competitive environment.
Who you are
Entry level graduate looking to excel in the recruitment field.
Natural sales abilities or sales experience.
Enthusiasm for growing your knowledge.
Highly ambitious.
