The Sr. Director will Lead Haleon’s Pain & Upper Respiratory Customer Strategy & Planning agenda by shaping future‑focused customer growth strategies, curating them for category needs, and translating them into integrated commercial plans that win across digital and brick‑and‑mortar environments. Serve as the fulcrum connecting the BU, cross‑functional partners, and Commercial Enablement to deliver a single, coherent commercial strategy across the portfolio. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Responsibilities

Define and adapt customer growth strategy for Pain & UR. Own the one commercial plan across base and innovation. Provide early customer/channel insight into innovation viability. Lead digital commerce integration and RMN alignment. Enable cross‑category platform team with BU commercial insight. Contribute to forecast quality and grounded demand assumptions. Lead cross‑functional orchestration across BU, Marketing, Category, NRM, and Field Sales. Ensure activation plans uphold Haleon’s Visual Brand Language, execution standards, and antitrust compliance. Architect connected omnichannel activation unifying 4Ps and shopper journeys across digital and physical shelves. Drive digital shelf excellence, including content standards and e‑commerce pack strategy to enhance conversion and discoverability. Outcomes & Measures of Success

Quality and execution of the one commercial plan. In‑market effectiveness: execution fidelity and learning loop. Forecast realism and alignment. Strength of digital and RMN integration balanced with brick & mortar scale. Cross‑functional influence and orchestration effectiveness. The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: 12+ years in CPG Commercial (Customer Strategy, Sales, Shopper/Omnichannel), with multi-brand category leadership experience; demonstrated JBP ownership and cross-category activation. Deep expertise in retail media networks, search/content, and digital commerce measurement; hands-on with DSP/OLV and store-front strategies. Advanced fluency in NRM (pack/price/mix/promo), P&L accountability, and trade investment governance. Strong insights toolkit (shopper science, CBIA integration) and analytics (Power BI) to drive fact-based decisions. Proven capability to lead senior cross-functional stakeholders and external partners; executive presence and persuasive storytelling. Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience activating Pain & Respiratory portfolios Track record building digital shelf excellence programs (e.g., FCP) and launching e-commerce pack innovations. Master’s/MBA; formal training in category management/JBP and behavioral science The salary range for this role is $ 237,054 - 352,949 USD annually + bonus Why Haleon?
