Role Overview We are seeking a strategic, data-driven head of growth to own flexcompute's top-of-funnel engine, multi-channel demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue expansion. This leader will architect and scale an integrated growth motion spanning product-led signals, outbound programs, and ecosystem/partner channels to build a predictable, repeatable pipeline across all customer segments.

Responsibilities

Own the top-of-funnel engine and multi-channel demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.

Architect and scale an integrated growth motion spanning product-led signals, outbound programs, and ecosystem/partner channels.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure a predictable, repeatable pipeline across customer segments.

Define, track, and optimize key growth metrics and experiments; establish a data-driven decision framework.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance growth team; align resources to maximize impact across markets.

Qualifications

Experience in growth leadership for B2B technology, preferably hardware or AI-native platforms.

Proven track record in demand generation, product-led growth, outbound programs, and ecosystem/partner channels.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Ability to design scalable growth motions and measure impact with clear KPIs.

Excellent collaboration skills and a customer-focused mindset.
