Responsibilities

Architect the integration strategy, defining a roadmap that balances technical scalability with commercial growth

Partner with go-to-market and sales teams to identify and recruit high-value integration partners

Act as the technical face of the employer in partner discussions, articulating the value proposition of integrations

Lead deep-dive sessions into partner API capabilities to ensure robust data synchronization and compliance

Collaborate across teams to ensure each integration is technically sound and commercially successful

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on integrations, APIs, or platform ecosystems

Ability to think commercially and understand the impact of integrations on the bottom line

Experience in a partner-facing role, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate technical scope

Deep familiarity with REST APIs, Webhooks, and authentication protocols

Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with global HR/Payroll tools such as Workday, HiBob, Greenhouse, or Netsuite

Strong UX sensibilities, with a passion for creating seamless user experiences
