Responsibilities
Architect and define the integration strategy, balancing technical scalability and commercial growth
Collaborate with GTM and Sales teams to identify and recruit high-value integration partners
Act as the technical face of the employer in partner discussions, articulating the value proposition of integrations
Co-design integration flows with partners to ensure mutual value and high adoption rates
Lead technical discovery sessions to ensure compliance and robust data synchronization across global jurisdictions
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on integrations, APIs, or platform ecosystems
Ability to think commercially and understand the impact of integrations on business outcomes
Experience in a partner-facing role with strong negotiation skills
Deep familiarity with REST APIs, Webhooks, and authentication protocols
Business-level proficiency in English for written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with global HR/Payroll tools (e.g., Workday, HiBob, Greenhouse, Netsuite)
Strong UX sensibilities and a passion for creating low-friction user experiences
