What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Own product direction and execution for a key part of the payments product area, with clear goals and measurable outcomes

Improve merchant and shopper experiences across various payment processes including onboarding and checkout

Raise the quality bar by reducing failures and friction while improving merchant trust and product ratings

Utilize data and merchant feedback to prioritize work and define success measures

Collaborate closely with priority payments partners to enhance integrations and resolve issues

What is Required (Qualifications)

7+ years in product roles with senior individual contributor experience

4+ years in payments or fintech, ideally with experience on products operating at scale

Strong product judgment and ability to make decisions in complex situations

Comfort working on critical systems where reliability is essential

Clear written and verbal communication skills in a distributed, asynchronous environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with WooCommerce, WordPress, or open-source ecosystems is a plus

Experience with large or global product launches
