What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the transformation of payments functions into a strategic, innovation-focused organization
Define the vision for evolving payments tooling, including B2B2C capabilities
Collaborate with compliance, legal, risk, engineering, and business partners to design effective systems
Coordinate with external payments partners for smooth execution and reliability
Communicate updates on deliverables and act as an ambassador for the product area
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in platform solutions
Proven initiative and comfort in making bold decisions based on data
Analytical skills to assess failures and strategize paths forward
Strong understanding of the payments landscape and emerging trends
Ability to simplify complex technical systems into understandable explanations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with product roadmapping and task management tools like ProductBoard and Jira
Familiarity with programming languages such as React, Kotlin, and Swift
Background in navigating complex initiatives across engineering and compliance
