This is an Online/Remote position with required travel. Salary Range,

Full-time: $100,000 - $105,000 Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible Spending Accounts (Health, Dependent Care, Transit & Parking) Health Savings Account (HSA) with enrollment in a qualified medical plan Paid time off Basic Function The Assistant Director of Admissions is responsible for assisting with the oversight and management, training, KPI metrics, and tracking of admissions enrollment goals and outcomes. The Assistant Director of Admissions is responsible for assisting in the management, training, and admission outcomes of the operations of Admissions at the Corporate Level, with direct admissions oversight of Online Admissions and Campus level admissions. This will be done by ensuring Campus Level Admissions Managers & Advisors are consistently executing their annual campus operational plans. In addition, the Assistant Director of Admissions is responsible for maintaining a highly professional image, the consistent management, introduction, and training of company-provided policies and procedures, and proactively managing the day-to-day admissions operations, ensuring campus-level student enrollment goals and successes through KPI monitoring and oversight. Assist in the oversight and direction of the admissions process for Campus Level and Online Admissions and provide training as required Oversee and participate in the development of admissions materials, events, and marketing practices Assist DOA in efforts to recruit, train, manage, supervise, and motivate Admissions Managers, Advisors and support staff Conduct weekly meetings with direct reports, Campus Level, and Online Admissions to ensure appropriate progress is being made toward enrollment goals and quality of work Communicate program requirements, academic requirements, and documentation needs Stay up to date on all programs offered by the campus as well as changes in the employment marketplace – including program statistics such as; placement rates, licensure pass rates, retention rates Review the pipeline status of candidates as they move through from introduction/information to enrollment stages of the admissions process by running and reviewing weekly lead management reports Participate in scheduled evaluations and goal-setting meetings with Online Admissions Actively seek out and promote ongoing admissions best practices Regularly analyze start retention rates to see if trends exist (late or pressure enrollments) or if advisor practices (expectation-setting conversations) need to be reviewed. Actively review pipelines for each cohort and identify potential remediation activities with the DOA Work with Campus leadership as needed to solve enrollment process issues as they arise and undergo root cause analysis to solve issues going forward (may require onsite, co-management of the local admissions team for a period of time) Work with DOA on analyzing conversion rates at every pipeline stage by campus/program/advisor and work to improve process or individual advisor capabilities Other assigned duties as required by the direct manager Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree in related Administrative, Business, Liberal Arts or Social Sciences (minimum) 3+ years of increasingly responsible experience managing an admission, enrollment, or sales effort. Outstanding verbal, writing, and presentation skills. Must communicate and interact effectively with students, faculty, staff, and all constituencies involved in recruiting new students. Working knowledge and understanding of established professional codes of ethics and related principles of good practice for Admissions professionals. Fluency with the execution of reporting and data analysis.
