Essentials Functions
Development and implementation of National DOD Military sales plan.
Achieve a continuous increase in sales activity with the end user customer group.
Create and implement Account Development strategy for a defined group of Turnkey/Segment accounts: 4PL Partners and DOD Branches of Government.
Mentor Account Executives with the objective of improving yours and their sales effectiveness in DOD Military activities.
Promote consistency with Account Executive implementation of the DOD Military Sales process.
Work collaboratively with Marketing leader to grow the Interface brand within the Market.
Develop and Implement regional network strategy, including industry Association involvement, sponsorship and effective trade show strategy.
Continually monitor specific market developments, provide market information, and forecasts as appropriate.
Utilize Salesforce as a daily planning and measurement tool.
Nationwide travel approx. 40% on the road, 60% in the office.
Preferred skills and experience
10+ years Military experience
US DOD Military End user sales experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
