We deliver delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We serve clients in SLED, financial services, fortune, public utility, and partner with Big 4 SI partners. Salesforce Developer/Testing
DTI has an immediate need for a Salesforce Developer/Testing for a 5‑month contract. Must work on our W2. Company Overview
A leading public healthcare system dedicated to delivering comprehensive medical services to the community with a network of hospitals and clinics. We provide primary, specialty, emergency, and public health services, and invest in medical education and research. Role Overview
A Salesforce developer designs, implements, and maintains custom solutions within Salesforce to improve CRM capabilities, automate processes, and ensure seamless integration with other systems. Key Responsibilities
Configure and develop user stories using Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, LWC, and platform development. Develop and test user stories as part of sprint activities. Present and demonstrate functionality at sprint demo to obtain product owner approval. Deploy functionality in lower environments such as DEV, QA, and UAT. Document code and ensure thorough testing to meet quality standards. Create in‑sprint test cases based on user story acceptance criteria. Develop SIT scripts for end‑to‑end functionality. Perform validation and SIT execution to ensure integration performance. Report defects and retest until issues are resolved. Recommend KPIs to measure new processes. Qualifications
Strong listening skills and empathy. Attention to detail for analyzing leave and return to work processes. Patience and flexibility to respond to evolving client requests. Persistence to finish standard operating procedures. Skills and Experience
Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, and custom objects. Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third‑party applications. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder. Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Salesforce Certification such as Platform Developer I or II, Administrator, or Service Cloud Consultant. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce DX and version control such as Git. Familiarity with Agile development and tools such as Jira or Trello. Knowledge of advanced Salesforce features such as Einstein Analytics, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud. Work Environment
Remote with less than 25% travel to Chicago, IL. Expenses reimbursable. Pay Rate
$65–$70/hr depending on experience. Benefits
