Analyst

to join the team. This role focuses on cash flow projections and utility analysis, delivering critical insights that support financial decision-making and operational efficiency. The position offers a clear path toward broader real estate asset management responsibilities and career advancement. Key Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and analyze detailed cash flow models for real estate assets and portfolios Forecast income, expenses, and capital expenditures to support accurate financial planning Identify trends, variances, and opportunities to optimize cash flow performance Analyze utility costs, benchmark expenses, and recommend efficiency improvements Partner with Operations to resolve utility invoicing issues for occupied units Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and performance summaries Support budgeting, reforecasting, and long-term financial planning Gain hands-on exposure to asset management, including property performance reviews and market research Assist with due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or related field 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis or real estate (internships considered) Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Understanding of real estate metrics (NOI, IRR, cap rates) preferred Experience with property management or financial tools (e.g., Rent Manager, Adaptive Insights, Power BI) a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset Desire to grow into broader real estate asset management responsibilities
