We’re seeking a
DevOps Engineer
to join our client in the enterprise financial space. This role supports software delivery pipelines for representative-facing Salesforce technologies, focusing on CI/CD pipeline oversight, automation, and cross-team release management. The ideal candidate is a
hands‑on Salesforce DevOps engineer
with strong technical depth, communication skills, and the ability to self‑direct while collaborating across multiple development teams. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $47 - $52 / hr. w2 Responsibilities
Support DevOps functions for Salesforce Retail and 10+ Salesforce platforms (CI/CD pipelines). Manage daily release tasks: code integration, build creation, validations, dry runs, and backout activities. Provide ongoing support for Salesforce orgs utilizing Copado for CI/CD. Automate Salesforce project releases and manage deployment processes to improve efficiency. Coordinate dependencies between teams and systems, ensuring stable release cycles. Communicate deployment status and updates clearly across technical and business stakeholders. Experience Requirements
5+ years in enterprise software delivery and release management. 5+ years managing complex CI/CD pipelines. Expertise with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo, Bitbucket, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Copado. Strong background in branching strategies, code review, and CI/CD best practices. Experience with Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting. Knowledge of Remedy, Jira, Confluence, and data masking techniques in Salesforce. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices. Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform Developer preferred. EEO Statement
