Savills is looking for a Financial Analyst to aid the organization with financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control, and project control. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, action-oriented, analytical, and able to thrive in a growing and fast paced environment. The role will include conducting and documenting simple to moderate standard financial analysis and ad hoc finance projects Represent and support the constructs of finance’s Transformation (i.e. decision support) and Finance Leadership and Growth Attribute’s models Design and drive forward-looking processes and analytics, coordinate timelines and deliverables, and ensure alignment with Presidents / Senior leadership Develop detailed budget and planning presentation materials for senior management reviews aimed at facilitating decision-making and business performance assessments Build and maintain the Company’s multi-year planning model to facilitate scenario analysis and ongoing tracking of long-term objectives Act as a subject matter expert for the total Company P&L in support of various financial analyses and firm wide updates to senior leaders Proactively lead projected independently and strengthen key relationships across the organization Partner closely across Finance (Controllers, FinOps, Treasury, Accounting and Reporting) and with other key corporate partners including HR, Corporate Strategy, etc. Build comprehensive and interactive M&A models Technical/Functional Attributes
Excellent analytical, financial and business management skills with deep understanding of P&L management Demonstrable experience with management reporting, budgeting, planning and forecasting, experience with firm wide consolidations Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple demands Outstanding ability to communicate and break down complex ideas into digestible, simpler components Proficiency w/ basic computer applications and industry-related software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics, IBM Planning and Analytics (TM1)) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently Effective and inspiring team leadership skills with proven ability to hire and train top talent and inspire through coaching and recognition Highly collaborative individual who can influence multiple internal partners to drive results Preferred Education and Experience
Advanced (graduate) degree in Finance or other comparable business-related degree is preferred. Advanced modeling and excel capabilities are a plus. Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience is a plus. Microsoft Dynamics and TM1 experience is a plus.
