The Sr. Manager, Workplace Participant Marketing, individual contributor role supporting participant communications and education for employer-sponsored retirement plans. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex regulatory changes into clear, accessible, and compliant participant experiences. The position focuses heavily on regulatory initiatives (including the SECURE Act), new plan feature communications, and large-scale execution across multiple marketing channels, all with the goal of improving participant financial wellness. Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and manage end-to-end strategy, process, and project plans for regulatory initiatives impacting participant communications. Manage multiple regulatory provision workstreams, accounting for plan elections, staggered enactment timelines, and delivery channels. Serve as the primary marketing liaison in core and sub-team meetings, providing regular updates to marketing and leadership stakeholders. Assess participant experiences and existing communications to identify impacts, gaps, and opportunities related to regulatory changes. Partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology, Digital, B2C/B2B Marketing, Service Communications, and Production teams to meet regulatory deadlines. Lead discovery, messaging strategy, and rollout for new retirement plan features. Oversee programming and communication updates within technology platforms as needed. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and process consistency across marketing operations. Act as the primary Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SECURE Act and other retirement-related regulatory initiatives. Manage daily marketing communication updates (e.g., RMD changes), including scoping, impact assessment, approvals, and deployment. Inventory and update existing communications impacted by regulatory provisions. Coordinate creative development, compliance review, final approvals, and distribution through appropriate channels (Workfront). Track and communicate project status, risks, and completion across stakeholders. Lead logic and data-driven initiatives (e.g., LTPT, Roth Match), partnering with data and platform teams. Support infrastructure updates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and related platforms. Must Have

6+ years of integrated B2C marketing communications experience. Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries, preferably retirement plan services or workplace benefits. Strong project management experience handling large, complex, deadline-driven initiatives. Ability to translate detailed regulatory requirements into clear, participant-friendly communications. Proven experience leading creative development and execution across multiple channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage executional complexity. Ability to shift seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution. Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity. Nice to Have

Direct retirement plan industry experience. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and SCMP. Experience working with compliance and legal review processes. Background in participant education, benefits communications, or financial wellness initiatives.
