LOCATION NOTE: This is an on-site position based in one of the cities listed below, with local travel required. We provide relocation support.

If leading families toward a fundamentally reimagined approach to education resonates with you, this position places you at the forefront of that transformation.

Alpha operates outside traditional schooling conventions. Students complete core academic instruction in only two hours daily through AI-driven platforms. The remainder of their day focuses on practical competencies—public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative problem‑solving, and meaningful project work. There are no lectures or repetitive assignments. The result is accelerated mastery and performance in the top 1% nationally. This approach requires an entirely new form of family collaboration—which is where your expertise becomes essential.

You will serve as the primary representative of your campus, spearheading efforts to expand enrollment, cultivate trust, and build advocacy. You'll facilitate impactful information sessions, establish meaningful community connections, and transform curiosity into sustained waitlist growth. Beyond recruitment, you'll function as the central resource for families throughout their experience at Alpha—responding to questions, strengthening commitment, and developing parents into vocal supporters of the model.

This is a role defined by trust and autonomy, with tangible accountability. You'll be stationed at a single campus, present on-site the majority of the time, and responsible for measurable impact—not merely executing predetermined procedures. If you believe conventional schooling is underserving children—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
