Location Note This is an on‑site position in the cities listed below, with local travel as required. Relocation support is provided. If leading families toward a fundamentally new approach to education resonates with you, this position places you at the forefront of a transformative movement.

Alpha is not a conventional school. Here, students complete their core academic work in two hours each day through AI‑driven applications. What happens with the remaining time? Development of real‑world capabilities—public speaking, critical reasoning, collaborative problem‑solving, and meaningful projects. No traditional lectures. No redundant assignments. Only accelerated progress and outcomes in the top 1% nationally. This approach requires a fundamentally different kind of family partnership—and that is your domain.

You will represent your campus, spearheading efforts to expand enrollment, cultivate trust, and foster advocacy. You'll conduct compelling information sessions, establish meaningful community connections, and transform curiosity into committed interest. Your responsibilities extend beyond initial enrollment. You'll serve as the primary liaison for families throughout their Alpha experience—resolving questions, strengthening commitment, and transforming parents into vocal advocates for the model.

This is a high‑accountability, high‑independence position with tangible outcomes. You'll be stationed at one campus, present on‑site regularly, delivering measurable results—not simply executing predetermined processes. If you recognize that conventional schools are underserving students—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
