Corporate Recruiter – Atlantic Group
Compensation:
$90,000–$100,000 base + bonus
We are partnered with a highly reputable asset management firm seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role will support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate and investment-related functions and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake meeting through offer and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple corporate and financial services roles
Develop and execute recruiting strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing tools
Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage offer negotiations
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track and maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS Support employer branding and talent market insights as needed
Qualifications:
2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within financial services or professional services
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a corporate recruiting or agency setting
