to join its
M&A and Private Equity practice

Denver . This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated corporate transactions, including public and private company M&A, private equity investments, and related capital markets and infrastructure matters. About the Role
The ideal candidate will have
3–5 years of corporate transactional experience , with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters. Candidates should bring excellent drafting skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage client relationships in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related M&A documentation Advise on public and private company M&A transactions Support private equity, capital markets, and related corporate transactions Collaborate with partners and cross-office teams on complex matters Manage internal and external client relationships with professionalism and maturity Contribute to transaction strategy and execution from start to finish Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school 3–5 years of corporate transactional experience Strong experience with M&A and private equity transactions Large regional, national, or international law firm experience preferred Strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills Admission to the Colorado Bar or ability to waive in Practice Overview
The corporate practice advises clients across industries on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets matters, and complex business transactions, offering attorneys exposure to high-level work and meaningful client interaction. Colorado salary range:
$260,000 – $365,000 annually (commensurate with experience) National platform
