Asset Management Analyst - RE Private Equity

Our client is a commercial real estate investment manager. They are hiring an Analyst to support asset management across a portfolio of real estate investments, with responsibilities spanning analytical support, transaction execution, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models to support asset-level decision making
Provide analytical support for refinancing and disposition transactions
Prepare investment valuations and return projections
Assist with strategic asset reviews, including performance and business plan assessments
Conduct market research, data mining, and comparable sale / company analyses
Perform leasing analysis to evaluate leasing strategies and impacts to asset performance
Support new business development initiatives, including PropTech investing and co-working
Create and refine presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
Draft memoranda and written materials for both internal and external use
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Real Estate or MBA is a plus
1-3 years of commercial real estate asset management experience required
Advanced proficiency in Excel and working proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
Argus and MRI exposure highly preferred, formal training can be provided if needed
Solid understanding of IRR, NPV, and related investment metrics, including the ability to perform discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis and interpret results
Working knowledge of financial statements and the core elements of credit analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft business correspondence and present information clearly while responding to questions
LEED accreditation is a plus and will be required during employment
